Meaning Behind Ragua-V
Ragua – a Hebrew word that translates to English as the word “calm”
V – is for violence
“Calm Violence” is a philosophy that we must be calm, kind, and nice humans throughout our day-to-day lives. However, we must learn and know how to apply effective violence when needed in order to save lives.
Our mission is to inspire, educate, train, and equip those that protect the innocent.
The Logo: The Oryx was chosen as the logo for Ragua-V Concepts because they are alert, wary, have keen sight and lone bulls have been known to kill attacking lions by impaling them with their strong horns.

Meet Meir
Meir served in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) as a light machine gunner and counter-terrorism instructor in the Haruv battalion of the Kfir brigade. He was deployed on numerous missions to combat terrorism and underwent extensive training to sharpen his skills.
After completing his mandatory service, Meir joined the IDF Reserves and served in the prestigious 551 Brigade with a rich operational history. As a Security Officer, he was responsible for protecting a major city in Judea and Samaria, responding to any security incidents and ensuring the residents’ peace of mind.
With experience as a Quick Response Force (QRF) member and a licensed shooting instructor, Meir relocated to Phoenix, Arizona to establish a company focused on empowering individuals with the skills to protect themselves and those around them. Meir continuously strives to improve his craft through attending courses and learning from other instructors.

Meet Chaim
Chaim joined the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) as a marksman in the 846th Givati Brigade’s special battalion and was involved in numerous successful anti-terrorism missions. He spent countless hours in training to develop his counter-terrorism skills.
After completing his military service, Chaim worked as a security officer on the Jerusalem light rail system and later as a security K-9 handler in a large city in Judea and Samaria, responding to security incidents to maintain the safety and peace of mind of the residents.
While working in security, Chaim also served in the IDF reserves and a Quick Response Force (QRF) unit in his city, as well as in a K-9 unit specializing in search and rescue (SAR), patrol, personal protection dog (PPD), therapy, and training. He honed his expertise as a handler and trainer and eventually became a certified PPD dog trainer.
Inspired to further advance his skills, Chaim moved to the United States to attend a top-rated PPD trainer course and founded “Ragua-V Concepts.” He continues to expand his knowledge in dog training through courses and remains dedicated to producing the best protective dogs for families.
After completing his military service, Chaim went to work in security, working as a security officer on the Jerusalem light rail system. He then went on to work as a security K-9 handler protecting a large metropolis in Judea and Samaria, responding to any emergency or security situation, allowing the citizens to live peacefully.
During this period, Chaim served in the IDF reserves, in his city’s QRF unit, and a K-9 unit specializing in SAR, patrol, personal protection dog (PPD), therapy, and training dogs, both as a handler and trainer, eventually becoming a qualified PPD dog trainer.
Later on, moving to the United States to attend a top-rated protection dog trainer course as a PPD trainer and establish “Ragua-V Concepts.”
Chaim continues to study and learn about dog training and take courses to produce the greatest dogs that will guard you and your family.
